US Domestic Shipping
I use USPS priority shipping to send my products to you. Each packages should arrive in 1-3 days after it has been shipped, along with a tracking email so you know where it is. If you do not receive your package or tracking number, please contact me at aspenologii@gmail.com for help.
Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back for a full refund and choose another product.
(Customer will have to cover shipping in this instance)
Returns
Broken items
I do my best to pack my items really well to avoid breakage in transit, but accidents do happen. If you get a broken piece in the mail I strongly encourage you to repair it with your favorite liquid super glue. Each piece is one of a kind and if you loved it, it's well worth it to give it a second chance.
But, if super glue is not an option, an email with proof of the broken peice will get you a full refund of the products, minus the shipping.
Please be sure to dispose of the pieces safely! Ceramics shards are incredibly sharp
Wrong item received
Sometimes mistakes happen and I send you the wrong product. No worries! I am more than happy to send you a shipping label and send you the original item you wanted as soon as I receive the incorrect product.
